Here's my sample for this week's WTUI challenge which you will be able to find HERE.
Sorry, I can't remember the embossing folder, it's a large full page size one. I embossed the white card front, punched the corners and wrapped gold cord around.
The lanterns were made by cutting ovals from printed vellum and an oval die, then crimping. I cut narrow strips of gold card for the top and bottom. The tassels are cut with a Spellbinders banner die, and the hanging loops with two circle punches. I threaded some gold wire through and used foam tape under the gold strips to fix them to the card. I added Celebrate (TH die) and butterfly cut from the same gold card.

I love Asian cards and love this one too!! I could have done another lantern but it was fun to try another technique today.
Your gold cord and wire are so pretty on this card and you've got pretty vellum!!

These lanterns are so pretty, and of course you are a genius to crimp them!! Why did I never think of that???????????? No genius here, I guess! I love your card, and the challenge today was fun, as usual.

I really liked when you made these before. This card is so beautiful with those delicate lanterns and the embossed bg goes very well with the whole design.
