I die cut three different size circles from a patterned mat. Each circle has a different texture, glossy, sand, glass bead glitter gel. The mat is stamped with a TH phrase and then colored with different shades of Gelatos. The black accent came from an SCS friend. This was fun, like playtime. TFL

Oh, now that you say sand, I remember that as one of the textures when Winsor & Newton first introduced all their textured mediums for acrylics. The glass bead gel is the one I remember best because I always loved it. The circles work fabulously to play off the wheels of the bicycle. And I love the way you used the Swirly Scribbles die.

Oh Kandie, this is fantastic. I am glad you opened up the kit and put it to use. I love the different textures and I couldn't help but keep on looking at the butterfly. What a stunning creation. FRAME worthy. Thanks so much for playing along with my challenge. And thanks for being an inspiration for others to get past their excuses. I hope you have a blessed rest of your day.

Kandie, I love this card.I may have said this before, but at my DDs wedding 6 years ago, instead of taking off in a limo, she and her new husband left on a tandem bike. I had a ride on it once, on a busy street in Toronto, and it was beyond scarey!
This is an awesome mixed media creatio, with all the different textures and sublet
ies of colour.

Great mix of pattern and texture, and your composition is so balanced.

WOW...love this mixed media card. What a lot of delightful details all layered to make a wonderful collage of elements and giving it a vintage flair as well!
