I smooshed the background of my main panel with liquid concentrate watercolour (Dick Blick house brand). I then stenciled dots over top with gold ink. I layered another stencil on top of tulips and used gold embossing paste to colour. I found the gold tulips got lost in all the colour, so once dry, placed the stencil back over top and stippled with white acrylic paint. So much better!

I'm in love with this card, Loll! That BG color is absolutely delicious. And, I love the different types of stenciling you added. And, of course, your classic "Loll" layout. Always a winner.
