Wendy asked us to put pink on our card. Using water color pencils on regular cardstock colored with water and brush. They are new brushes to me, and take some getting use to. They keep a sharp point when wet. I did not use a lot of water with this paper. After went over with the pencils to add shading. Embossed the sentiment. Off to do errands...will be back later to comment. TFL

A beautiful image and it turned out great on the regular cardstock. I understand why you couldn't use much water. Love the digi.

But of course your wc is gorgeous! However, I love your embossed white panel paired with the doily to create something stunning, and wow, the white sentiment is soooo crisp!
(I just experimented doing this wc technique on SU cs last night and love the results too.)

Your paintings are always phenomenal! and I like how you die cut it into a circle framed by the lace - it makes me think of the cross stitched pieces I used make and the frame with an embroidery hoop & lace.
