The challenge today - umbrellas or sunshades! I chose a sunshine theme for use as a Bon Voyage card. I cut the sunshade at 3'' on my Cricut, using dark teal for the base and yellow for the layer that went on top. I did the same with the flip-flops, flipping the colours - cutting at 1.5''. I chalked the background and added real sand for texture and a gem for each flip-flop.

Ah. The beach has its own restorative powers, doesn't it?! I love the real sand and the flip flops to go with that wonderful umbrella!!

I'm glad someone went with the sunny summer option! I spotted this this morning - just after I had nearly stayed on the bus for an extra few stops because it was tipping down from the heavens and I had, oh irony, no umbrella with me. A CAS beauty from you, Sandie - as always!
