Loved the pretty fall scene in this image from our inspiration site this week (IC513):https://www.pinterest.com/pin/25473554113483124/
I used the MISTI to help me make my own scene using this fabulous stamp. I would color on the stamp, part by part - with distress markers - spritz with water and then stamp. I would do that with a couple shades of each color (coloring in just a section of the area after my first inking), till I liked how it looked. Then I created a watercolor wash for the background and the grass, by coloring on the panel with distress marker and then painting with water and letting the ink spread to fill the space. Finally, I splattered diluted ink over the whole panel in a white, green, blue and red ink with a paintbrush. Stamped sentiment, matted and mounted. Really happy with how it turned out!

I don't know how your watercolor artists do what you do, but I sure love this scene in WC. Maura, it's a perfect card ~ one suggests to me that you're giving someone a very special watercolored gift.

OMGoodness, Maura, this is spectacular! Love how you achieved this beauty. I didn't even know a stamp was used...well, except for the sentiment, of course
