I tried to cover two challenges to-day..hope it worked. The first TLC was to use the white on white tutorial. That is white emboss on white cardstock and colour. The second was CAS..snowmen! Whoohoo..I love Snowmen. First I white embossed the snowman on white cardstock then lightly sponged with ballet blue. Next was to colour with prisma pencils and OMS and add some black gems for his charcoal accessories. The 'Missing You' greeting is from Marks Finest Papers that I won in the FOSTV challenges. The inside of the card reads 'But my aim is improving'! It needed just a little tweek so I embossed the corner with a Darice folder.

I had to smile when seeing this card....it is done so well. I remember the card of yours that did this technique. Only you did it on water color paper. One of my all time favorite cards. Your snowman looks 'COLD', like he should. Your partial embossing balances the card nicely. Fav'd tfs

Sue, your shading on the snowman is absolutely phenomenal....so perfect. The scrolling snowflake border of the EF was a wonderful choice and adds to the beauty of your card.

Such a beautiful card. This snowman is adorable. I love the softness of the sponging and prismas. Beautifully done! Adding the embossing to the corner finishes this off perfectly. I love the fun sentiment you added on the inside

This is simply stunning. Your little snowman is so nicely coloured - in all the pastel shades. Really stands out on the white embossed background. Wow!
