and thought it would make a great winter sky. I spattered masking fluid on the wc cs and then blended my 3 colors - I found that SU! inks blend really well on wc cs. Die cut the deer and trees, cut 2 snowbanks by hand, stamped the sentiment (using 2 sets - I actually cut the happy birthday apart, a first for me), and then rubbed off the masking fluid to leave the "snowfall" portion of the sky. Assembled, popping up the deer and the snowbank in the foreground. Making these winter scenes is so fun and this will work well for my sister's January b-day. Linking to IC473 (inspiration site) and

This is such a beautiful winter card! I have quite a few January birthdays so will be keeping this lovely thing in mind! I love the gorgeous night sky you have made. The masked falling snow looks fantastic with the white foreground elements. TFS
