Super challenge! I had this one made, so the timing is perfect. Since I have 2 feathered friends (parrots) living here, feathers are always IN, or on the floor, lol. And I love feather images. Just rec'd a new feather die, so maybe I'll be back with another.
Somewhere I saw a dreamcatcher that had an owl for the centerpiece & the owl was very similar to this owl. I die cut him out of black & the solid owl version out of white. I also cut another detailed owl out of white paper to place on top of the solid backing, sort of a stencil, so I could see where I wanted to color. After coloring the solid backing, I attached the black owl on top. I used some of the same markers to color a piece of white in bands before I die cut the Dream word. The feathers were stamped, colored and fussy cut. For the dreamcatcher, I die cut a sunflower & backed it with some die cut circles.
Thanks so much for looking! It's also on my blog w/ closeups & the colors of Copics I used. The Write Stuff

I simply love the combination of the dreamcatcher with the owl, and the vivid feather colours. I've been noticing that owl die in the banner ad! This reminds me of an Alan Garner book called The Owl Service...
