I've been plenty surprised to find myself moving on to the final CAS spring DT challenge. It's been a pleasure to be inspired by all of you talented ladies! This last technique challenge was to use ribbon. Mine was threaded through the CS using a darning needle. Would have been easier if I could have found the awl in my husband's fully stocked workshop; but no such luck! :-)

Love the trees with the yellow ribbons. So clever how you weaved them through the trees. That song "Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Old Oak Tree' jumped right into my head and will most likely be there all day Good luck!!

This is stunning. I love the creative way you used the ribbon and that you chose such a vibrant color to contrast against the black and white. I don't know if you made the final design team but you would have my vote with this card.
