I printed the Sassy Cheryl's digital image of "Who Burst Your Balloon?!" onto a piece of Hammermill Color Copy Digital Cover (80 lb) and colored with Copic markers, using just N0-N6. Fun!
Then I printed the sentiment which is also a part of "Who Burst Your Balloon?!" and framed it with black cardstock, adding a clear button with Baker's Twine. I added a scrap of patterned paper from Jillibean Soup, also framed with black cardstock.
To make the film (I remember what that is!) I printed several smaller versions of Noah, one on top of the other. Using a stamp positioner, I was able to stamp an image of a film strip from Inkadinkado to frame these images using Marvy black dye. I colored the film a light gray (N1). I cut these and tucked them under and above the patterned paper strip.
I usually go to bright and bold colors when I color, so this was a real twist for me. Therefore, I'm going to share it in the TLC445 gallery.

Oh, that is just so sweet! Fabulous retro look with the black and white and film strip.
Reminds me of when I got a silver or gold balloon at a concert and some yahoo burst it when we were on the platform waiting to get the train home.
