Thanks, Denise for letting those of us who just wished to be Guest Designers know that it is to be. So........I'm not in the running, but this challenge seemed like fun and a quirky idea came to me about using a woodgrain impression plate.

Great card Sallie. I love how you've used the colors from the challenge. It looks like you must have taken a long time to line up the woodgrain - it matches perfectly from the background to the blue panel. Loll xx

Love the mix of the white wood grain bg with the blue koi pond Sallie. The grain takes on the look of ripples in the blue and I love the variation in color on your fish!

I love it when people think outside of the box!! This is so very creative! Beautiful card. My daughter loves fish and aquatics and I think that she would love this card! TFS

Sallie, this is so cool. Would never have thought of using the wood grain panel for background; but with the koi, it takes on an entirely new look - RIPPLES :-). You are so clever! Love it !
