I'm on the farm here and we have a beautiful picnic area behind the house, so I took my coffee and book and sat out there for awhile and listened to the birds singing...."what a joy"

I have a card here I did for our twisted Sister Challenge, and that is to make a card that lifts you up....
I was playing around with this image from "Close to my Heart" Company...and I coloured the bird...then had to find some colours to go with it...and I;m not much of a orange person...But I was really LIFTED UP..when I got done this card...and loved how it turned out.;

OH very well done ma-ma....you KNOW I am like you on the orange thing, but you rocked it...very pretty. Love your shading, as you are so good at that, and lovely coloring...great design...TFS...HUGS

Jan, this is really special. I love the colors and that beautiful bird. Very uplifting. I am not sure I knew you lived on a farm too - another thing we have in common! Ours is very small but it still qualifies. I love the country and it is a great place to see wonderful birds such as this - but even better to spend some time appreciating God's gifts. Hugz!
