Scary!! Nearly time to change over to a March watermark, and a card using purples. I let my papers do most of the work, but was so happy to ink up my new Allium, since I don't have any lilacs .
A2 base. Papers are BG Eva.
I used real lace and a Fiskars Lace corner punch, plus a Linen stamp and one bronze eyelet, so I think I've covered a lot of the bases with this.
Linen stamped with Milled Lavender, then I cut the oval and stamped the flower while it was still in the die, as the stamp is actually a bit longer. Coloured it with Victorian Velvet and Peeled Paint, and sponged the edges with Peeled Paint. I recycled some lace that didn't look right when I first stuck it to the card into some liitle lace flowers and added some punched foliage finish it off.
It also sneaks in as a last entry for LoveFest A - Lace, Linen, Long-Stemmed, Ovals, Victorian Velvet ink,Eva paper.

You don't need alot of purple paper when you have the right one.....this is beautiful. Love your lace flowers. The image is very pretty. Thanks for playing along today Sabrina.

Such a pretty vintage card, Sabrina! Love your lace flowers and the linen on your main panel gives it such a nice texture. Your backdrop is perfect as well, lovely!
