Here is my card for today's CAS challenge - a Ways to Use It challenge using newsprint or dictionary.
I went with real newsprint, instead of designer paper because I was hoping to get more dimension on the flower if I wet the newsprint. I cut out about ten layers of newsprint using three different sizes of a flower die (30 layers in all). I wanted a pink tone to the paper because I will also use this card for Hope You Can Cling To challenge (Read All About It). To get the pink, I dripped some pink copic ink onto a baby wipe and gently wiped the edges of the newpaper flowers. Then I folded up the layers while they were wet to give the flower dimension. I used that same wipe on the newsprint panel as well.
Thanks for looking!

Love your clean lines on all you layers and the font on your sentiment is really classy too. I like the carefully crafted flower positioned on the same paper it was make from. A beautiful card all round.
Thanks for participating in my HYCCT challenge, I really appreciate the effort, and so will many others who will be touched by your gift of cardmaking for this cause.
