Back at the holiday cards again. I decided to make more of a muted vintage look for this card just to do something a little different than the brighter colors I usually use.
I can't believe I stamped on crumb cake - I never do that, but I felt it kept the card more muted to do so. I stamped the holly leaf and sentiment on the nestie mat, colored with copics, added some tiny red adhesive bling for the berries and used crystal effects on the whole image. I think it showed up on this photo unlike the last one I did.
Added some crochet ribbon given to me by someon, but I can't remember who - SORRY! The holly leaf border punch was punched and then sent to me by my nemesis, Benzi, cuz I'm so jealous of all her stamps, punches and nesties. I begged for her to send me some and she did - Thanks OL Benz! Next time, be a pal and send me the punch too!!!!! You just can't please some people! Added a poinsettia to which I added bling - shocker, I know! Popped up the main image panel on dimensionals.
Thanks so much for taking a look and I'm still working in Santa's shop to get my cards done; but, then when will I ever find time to mail them????
PT: 2 (Plus Da Benz'z Border Punch - but she punched it, so it doesn't count)

Pamzi I love this. It does have a fabulous vintage flair to it. I love the sentiment stamp...how pretty. The crystal effects is the perfect embellishment to enhance the focal point. Sorry but I don't think the Benz will part with that punch as I don't think it is available anymore(well one place I know has it but it's full price!!!--lol so spoiled by my Micheal's coupons) You'll just have to keep begging until I hit the Megamillions and send it to you with a new sewing machine!

Well, just look here! Pamzi used my punched holly. I want this card, too. I need my holly back so I can use it. Really, this is a stunning piece of work. I love that you stamped on crumb cake...it makes a card so neat and clean. Love that holly and crystal effects..just yummy. That Debzi has been skulking around quite a bit lately...hopefully, we'll see a card from her sometime soon. It just may be her case of this one. Listen to Bearzi...she knows you're not getting my punches. :-)

Pam,
Wow, pretty image and the shine really shows up well. Lovely card - the lace is a pretty touch, as is the poinsettia. The image is wonderfully colored!

Well, doesn't that holly from Benzi look beautiful on here! I like this vintage muted look a bunch. And the shiny effect you gave to the holly in the middle looks great!
