This was going to be my card for the MMTPT152 challenge, but I decided against it and did something else. It seems we Teapotters have a problem with counting, so the Mudder is trying to teach us to count. Not likely to happen... We were to bring numbers to the Tea party.
Here I embossed the white with the stars ef, then gently rubbed the red and blue inks over the stars. The 1776 is embossed using the kissing technique.
This is a longer card than normal, so I could get 3 of the fans across the top.

Jennifer, 101Airborne is right, the punch does remind me of the banners you see on the small towns central park gazebo's where the band plays and the mayor does his 4th speech. I think the stars are what make it look like a banner. For some reason, I seldom make July 4th cards. Vonnie said she wasn't making any this year either.

What a beautiful patriotic card...so creative with your red and blue embossing, and those fans across the top just send this over the top!! I love it!!
