At long last - a new card! I'd seen this great looking stamp used so many ways. Next time I'm going to emboss the stamp, which is mostly a negative image. Stamping the black memento area proved to be a challenge!!! This was my first try at trying the out of the box technique - and three of the sides of my image were out of the box. Boy - it was a lot more difficult than I expected! Note - the top poppy which looks cut off is actually like that with the stamped image. Anyway - I did make 3 of these cards - even though I nearly tore the hair out of my head with cutting with the nestie etc. Next time I'm embossing the black part of the image!!!!
Thanks so much for looking!

I LOVE your poppies, this is such a striking and dramatic image! I know how hard it can be to do out of the box, I tried it the other day, and even after watching a tutorial, I managed to mess it up, trying to do out of the oval! It looks great here, you did a fantastic job!

Wow! Debzi, good to see an upload and an awesome one at that! I love your out-of-the-box and you really stepped out with these awesome poppies. I know what you mean about that black bg. I just did a Flower Medley that had a large bg of brown and it was hard to get it inked like I
wanted. Yours look great. Beautifully done and so glad you're back with a card.

Woo Hoo our Brainzi 9999 is back!!! You came back strong with this beauty Debz. I LOVE poppies and yours are absolutely BEE-UTIFUL!!! I love the pop out of the box technique and I can appreciate all the extra effort you made to create this. Hey, with your 99-year old lady hands, how were you able to do this? Did you hire someone to cut this out? Did our billionairess Benzi send you money to hire "people"? You betta watch out as she charges 90% interest on her loans and has her "people" collect the $. It wouldn't take much to "hurt" you my friend with all your medical difficulties. I shouldn't tease, but you know it's all in fun. Love ya!! The Fruitflakezi

Super job with that technique! I tried it once with a rather intricate stamp and let's just say it didn't go nearly as well as your card turned out. The bright colors you used are great.
