pictures of my Thanksgiving craft exchange for my family, each lady will get a lunch box tin that has an assortment of 7 all occasion cards plus they will get a set of 6 monogrammed note cards and stamped envelopes. I started this project Saturday evening and finished tonight!!! I am pleased with the way they turned out!

I laid the tin on top of the background paper and traced the tin, the lid was the hardest because I wanted to make as few cuts as possible so it was with trial and error, I covered my major cut lines with a cluster of old buttons (the button are put on with crystal effects) on the lid. I used modge podge to glue it all on. I stamped the words cards and cut out the letters and decoupodged it all on. I finished it off with either ribbon or fun fibers or both. I didn't do anything to the inside simply because I did so many of them and ran out of time. I also work full time. UGH......
Edited to add:
The tins came from Michaels for $3.00 (not all Michaels have them)
and also from Walmarts craft/sewing section for 4.93 they are on an endcap and have singer sewing machine stuff on them.
