I had to photo this on an angle due to some glue smudging. by not having the flash directly face on the glue smudge was lessened. Make sense? You can see the difference on my blog where I posted the smudge, too!
the teapot challenge about apples Annie here: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I used punches and cotton yarn, and Cricut cut out and MS border punch, etc. the be mine are letters from a Sizzlit set. I wanted multi layers and not matching frames as my two worms are from different sides of the track! Actually they are as different as night and day. That's part of the Where's the bad apple.....? from the challenge.
I took white cotton string and dropped some Lettuce from T Holtz's inks and also some butterscotch from TH to get a more "wormy" color then dried it with my heat embossing gun.

Clever photography tip, I will keep it in mind. LOL
What a sweet little apple worm it is. So fun to see a new face at the teapot party, so I welcome you. There is alot of commotion about the bad apple. I say...let's all drink and be merry! LOL
Oh, that was Maxie just playing around again, but I do welcome you to the teapot party, hope you enjoy yourself and don't take any of our shennanigans to seriously, because the ride has only begun or be-fun!

Are your worms related to mine? Are they good worms or bad worms? Are they helping Annie or are they flingin' apples with Bertie? Glad you could come to the teaparty. There's some cider and even an appletini for you!!

Don't you hate those darned glue smudges. That's why I ended up having to cut my iris apple out, LOL. I love the little top worm - she's cute. The bottom one, is he ric-rac? How clever.

Do worms eat lettuce and butterscotch? hee-hee! Welcome to da tea party, new comer! Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Bertie, but only on Tuesdays (well, sometimes she escapes on other days, too). I'm an alter ego to Charlene who has a tendency to be kinda quiet and conservative.....jes ask da Muddermark---she'll tell ya da truth! And on Tuesdays, I git to come out and play at Teapot Tuesday! Yaaaay!
Yer worms do look like they come from different sides of the track, but I hopes they is good worms. They look like they're good worms, anyway. I wunner if that one wormin' his way thru the apple got into the apple-tinis, though. He's lookin' a might green around the gills, iffin' ya know what I mean.
Cute card! Welcome, agin! Hope ya'll return next week!

Welcome! Sorry I was so late in getting here! I see some of the girls have already introduced themselves!
Whisper: Bertie is trying to 'splain all about her misbehavior each week, trying to get you on her side! You see, Gertie (my alter ego) likes to hang with Bertie and I can tell you what she's all about.....slinging stuff around at the parties, always tellin' lies, and blaming stuff on Gertie! So, having said that, let me warn you....if you see Bertie hiding behind an apple tree.....just walk the other way, girlfriend!
OMG! What a cute card! I love the creativity! Who'd a thunk a couple of worms could be so different just cuz one is from the other side of the track. Hope some of the local gang members that are here crashing the party, don't recruit the worm from the West Side! Not good.
Now come one, I'll show you where the grub is....yah, food not worms! Snort! Welcome......have fun! We are glad you are here!
