Thank you Shirley for the fun challenge. Sorry for the poor picture, but it's a dark wet day here today.
The Twisted Sistah challenge was to make a Christmas card using non-traditional colors. I stamped the image on vellum with chocolate chip and then brayered with a spectrum ink pad. This was definitely 'out of the box' for me!!

So nice to see you in the gallery Darla!! What a lovely Christmas card!! Good for you - trying something out of the box!! This would be so out of the box for me too - but I tell - this is so lovely!! I love your deep burgandy red, your idea to use the spectrum pad on vellum- oh my gosh - everything!! The ribbon , the embossing - Darla, this is beautiful!

Wow!!! I love this one! That image stamped on vellum is perfection! Late???? I don't think we have a deadline. I mean really, we ARE the TWISTED SISTAHS and we don't have no stinkin RULZ!

Oh My Gosh Darla, this is lovely! I love everything about this card--the ornament, the leaves, the layout, colors and the fabulous scalloped edge. The main image is so beautiful. This just turned out so gorgeous Darla. The gold really pops--it's just the right amount of bling! Into my favs this goes. TFS

Again WOW!! This is terrific! Goodness, well worth the wait for sure. I am amazed at the detail on this, I love those leaves (always), and the gold gems and chocolate ribbon are just perfect. Great colors, love the image and how you used the ornament. Beautiful card. TFS
