It's actually a fairly strange phenomena that it took me so long to finally figure out how to color this musical image. Music is on in my house almost 24/7. Music, all kinds of music, has always been my life since probably 10/11 years old.
Music prompts me to consider the beauty in God's world with instruments and musicians being able to play so skillfully!
So there you have it!

What did you do to Miss M to make her send you all these gorgeous images? I am really loving this one. I love the sound of a violin being played. I use to clean a house, the owner would practice while I cleaned. The music just echoed through out the rooms. So pretty and relaxing. Love that cute little birdie too. You did this image proud Anne. Love it! TFS :0)

Anne, what a great job you did with Ms. M's image. She sent it to me too and it took awhile to get the nerve to use it as I was kind of stumped by the coloring of it. You did it great justice and I just love the b/g paper you used and that GORGEOUS ribbon. You find the most beautiful ribbons and buttons - probably because of your sewing expertise!! Just a wonderful card!! TFS!

Beautifully colored and layered. I love music too. 99% of the time I am driving I am in concert with whatever song is playing. I really sound good in the tight area inside my car!!! I agree with your thoughts about God and the beauty in our world spent singing, playing instruments and enjoying talent. Sometimes a person can lose track of the really great things that matter in this mixed up world. Thanks for sharing your card and your sweet thoughts.
hugs,

Wonderful card - yes, I love music - just wish some of the multi-musically-talented genes in my family had filtered through to my generation. My Dad played the violin so I have admired this image since it first hit the catalogue. You've done it up beautifully!

Oh, Anne, your coloring is spectacular! I find this image to be a particularly difficult one to play with, just as Pam mentioned. You made it look so easy with your graceful elegance and knowing when to stop coloring (unlike me!).
The sentiment tag is the perfect embellishment with your signature gorgeous bow. That swirl ain't too shabby, either! LOL
My sister was the first chair violinist when she was in high school, so I was surrouded with violin music and loved it! Dad played guitar, mom played piano and accordian, my other sister played piano and the violinist also played cello. Talk about a musical household! Brings back fond memories! (Yeah, and in case your wondering ... I now play at making cards. No musical creativity here, thank you very much!)
Great, great creation, sweet Anne! tsmfs

Wow Anne - this is SO pretty! Love the image and the teal ribbon and swirl are outstanding - as is the sentiment! I love music and sing along in the car (by myself of course), but it's a non-talent best left to the professionals for me to enjoy!

Now how did I guess that M must have sent you this image - I see that several of us were lucky enough to receive it from her. I love your soft colour scheme - perfect for some tranquil music on in the background.
I like seeing how everyone colours this. I liked the set when I saw it (no surprises there, with music here all the time), but couldn't see how to use it. But with the images M sent me used up, I had to get the set!!
