This project was created for TLC 203 (Origami Box) which I also created a folding cover. This is my "wish" box...created for me to jot down wishes as a little reminder that sometimes wishes do come true.
Melissa Stout inspired me to create this box after seeing her creation. To check out all the details and instructions, check out the "Try a New Technique" challenge 203.

This is a very sophisticated cover Lynn. I hope I can master this one, I just love origami now that you have introduced the medallion and I worked on a few shirts on my own now! Yep, you gave me the confidence to do so. Thanks Lynn, I will give this a try. Beautiful papers, and love the sentiment, one I need to keep reading. Have a nice day okay!

Ah, right, now I see.
I was wondering why your lid needed so much more than the box, and where the chipboard came in - we just make them the same as the box, only the base one has about 1/8" or 1/4" trimmed off two sides so it will fit.
I like yours, it makes me think of all the lovely boxes that notecards come in.

WOW! This is very pretty. I agree, the lid should be a must. I think it actually finishes the challenge off. I like how your ribbon comes through the bottom to feel through the top, way pretty.
