Rough: charm, EB folder, diamond gems
The image(Sara Kay-Holly Hobby) is from a decoupage sheet, cut by hand into several layers.
Accessories: Big Shot/ Nestabilities/Embossing folder/ heat tool and clear embossing powder/ Iron dog charm/ iron ring/purple Eyelet/ white satin ribbon/ foam dots/ Diamond Rhinestones/
Techniques: Stamping and heat embossing- dry embossing-Fussy cutting/

What an adorable card - some little girl will just love this. Especially with that little dog charm as a finishing touch. The 3D layering is fab, especially the bow on her hat.

Agree, this is a very adorable card! Exquisite detailing and layering. Great job fussy cutting! What is the name of the stamp image you used for the little girl? I would like to create something similar for a great-niece's birthday. Nothing more flattering than imitation, right? LOL. Thanks for sharing.
