First, this would not photograph...there is a gold shimmer from the mist sprey, and the colors are much brighter and crisper. They really are the CC499 colors. For the HYCCT1404 I only used glue to attach the finished panel to the cardstock. The other 2 layers are hand stitched with black thread. The string is tied on and held in place with that big metal brad. The WT500 was to redo one of our first cards. I actually did another version of this card which I will upload later. This is my favorite bkg to make and my favorite stamp. The MIX89 was to make a fall card...I love fall colors. The bkg is made by spreying dylusion inks onto cardstock. Then I sponged distress inks through various stencils. After stamping the wildflowers in black, I highlighted with white and gold gel pens. TFL, Francie

I saw this just now in the thumb beside mine as I uploaded, and I KNEW it was yours. Those hot colours are fantastic, Francie, and the silhouetted wildflowers just pop against the dramatic background - helped by your white highlights. Your hand-stitching is SO neat, you deserve a cyber-hug across the miles for that, and I love your fancy brad and twine. Thank you for playing along and Holding It Together so beautifully.
