Hi all,
Well, This is just a work in progress but I have run out of time today! I wanted to use my Metallic Marvey Marker bg for today's MIX and I've been wanting to try and make a dress for one of these dolls with fabric. It is suppose to be a party dress since there is no way to make it Victorian (sorry Tea Potters). But it is very metallis too! I also used the Chameleon Pens again today for what little bits of her that shows, I also used a painty pen in gold for her hair band. If you have this stamp, I changed her hair style to be more of an Audrey Hepburn look (Breakfast at Tiffany's). The material is so sheer that I had to use a paper towel for a slip! Heehee!
I still need to finish this card but I'm probably gonna have to think on it for awhile.
Ooh, I guess I should have said more about the bg. I did it several years ago (it is part of that stash I talked about last week). I don't know if they still make these makers. But I scribbled the markers on glossy black and pressed it with another piece of glossy black. it squishes everywhere but this is the result. Not sure if another metallic would be wet enough to allow the time to make this bg but I WILL look into it. I still have a few of those markers (unopened).
Thanks for looking!

Your background intrigues me and I LOVE it! Never heard of Marvy metallics but after seeing this, I'd love to look into them! Your Prima doll is gorgeous and I'd call it brilliant to use a paper towel for a slip! Robin, this is FABULOUS!

Wow, wow, wow!!!!! Where do I start...the background is brilliant. I have no idea how you created this, I have a terrible feeling you have just introduced me to a product I MUST have. Your fashionista looks incredible, I love the new haircut!!!! If it weren't for her boots, I wouldn't have recognised her. The dress and slip are fabulous. Can you tell how much I love this my friend?

WOW ( said very loudly) this is just amazing. You and Susie need to team up with your own line of ladies fashion designs. Or you could start designing paper dolls for adults. The fabric dress on this card is gorgeous. I don't know how you did the bg but it looks fantastic. She looks like she is on her way to the Oscars. Right into my favs.

I would have thought this was Susie's if I hadn't seen your name first - I associate those Julie Nutting dolls so much with her. Love her Audrey Hepburn look, and her dress - wow, it's totally amazing!!
