I had made a rare trip to the LSS and got these gorgeous 12x12 BG papers there and had to make some cards with them the same day, I was so excited about them. I was able to whip these beauties up quickly thanks to the Sketch Challenges. The card that is kind of in the middle is for DH's grandparents' anniversary.
For all cards, I cut the stripy paper to 4" x 5.25" for the bottom layer. I used my Coluzzle circle (on the red CS) and circle companion (on the Romani layer) templates, I think the largest circles on each. template. For two cards, I punched out the square from red CS using the Giga Scalloped Square by Marvy, and a square from off-white using the 1 9*16" deckle square punch by McGill. I layered the punched shapes on each other, then on one I put a cool dimensional paper sticker, and the other I inked up the large flower from Looks Like Spring in Milled Lavender, stamped off once, then stamped onto the square. I stamped over top of that using the Simply Chic Thanks a Bunch stamp in red chalk ink.
On the third card I used my Coluzzle bookplates template to cut out the bookplate, and layered the small rectangle stamped with Thank You inside the bookplate.
Thanks for looking!

Love, love the semi-circle format. All of these are similar, and yet you managed to make each one unique in its way. Yes, the paper is super, but you made it your own. Thanks so much for all the detailed instructions. Wonderful for you to share.

Love these Basic Grey papers and what you've done with them, fab! I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of my larger circle Coluzzle template - now I'm thinking I need the Circle Companion and Bookplates templates too!
