I don't have a Cuttlebug, so I used the Fiskar's texture template for the background. I colored over the ice with a crystal Stardust pen after I colored it with a watercolor marker. I used Brilliance Moonlight white over the raised snowflakes for some emphasis. I received both the penguin image and the scalloped circle through the Wish RAK.

I don't have a cuttlebug either but I do have one of those Fiskar's embossing things...I forgot about that! Thanks for the reminder! Super cute card, too!

You did a great job with this little guy! SOOO cute! Love your background! I used it on one of my Christmas cards. No Cuttlebug for me, either! Adorable card! The ice looks real.
