would you believe i killed 4 challenges with one stone? leftover wrapping paper (technique), color challenge, sketch challenge, and alphabet stamps (bonus challenge). i struggled all week with the color challenge. just kept looking at the 3 colors and they weren't working for me. then i went looking for leftover wrapping paper and discovered, much to my surprise, that my favorite wrapping paper was based primarily on the 3 colors of the challenge. for the card: each of the 3 panels of the sketch challenged is edged with gold leaf paint pen. i then layered them with cut out motifs from the wrapping paper. the letters are stamped with gold pigment ink on v. violet, cut out, and raised on dimensional strips. tfl.

Oh my gosh -- I can't stand it!! Meaning, your never-ending talent. No one person should have all your talent Deb. There are many SCS gals with extreme artistic talent (you included) -- but what always amazes me about you is that you branch out your safe space continuously and try different styles. And you do all of them so beautifully -- way to go gal!!
