This is the birth announcement that I designed for my GD. DD and I just finished 40 of them today. The little hand is layered on a piece that is distressed on the edges with the Making Memories Distressing tool. The "It's a Girl" circle is mounted on 1/4" foam to pop it up. The hand and feet are stamped with a Brillance pad which gave it a shimmery look.
Isn't she darling.....not quite a month old and already smiling.
