Ever since I've had this set, I've always thought it would be funny to have the sort of skateboarding scene seldom seen on cards, but often seen in real life. My only regrets are that I don't have the neutral WWCs (yet) to colour the offending stone grey and that the basic black marker is not waterproof.
This card was for two challenges - the scene and the hand-drawn challenge. I did the brick wall and the road and rock by hand with watercolour crayons. I also drew in the mouths on the kids - figured a row of grinning children would be cruel - I'd rather they looked more surprised.
I'm sure I'll be able to use this card someday when my nephews are old enough for skateboarding!

This is cute just the way it is but would make a great spinner card too. Isn't it frustrating when your black ink runs when you water color? That's why I gone to Staz-on when I plan to water color, so I don't get that running.
