The link will show you the plate we used in the Inspiration Challenge to create our cards. Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I played off color and images but went more as an oval than round. The teal flowers and butterfly are dimensional. The ribbon is taped to the back. I used the rock and roll technique for grapes and leaves. I did the blocking by cutting the oval with a Coluzzle.
I still think itÂ’s missing something but I guess I got too used to sponging edges and thought this should be whiter like the plate in the photo.

VERY pretty.... I LOVE your masked and stamped oval center! I agree about the no sponging.... these cards had to have the 'brighter look'. Great job with the challenge, even if you WERE too chicken to make a green flower!! tee hee.... ;)
Rox, I love the masked oval. I wish I had thought of doing that. I might have to do it with a circle. You may not like this that well but I think it is gorgeous. I hope you have a better week next week.

Well I love it, the contrast of colors makes me keep checking every inch of the card. The butterfly is wonderful with the black outline. How can I help you have a better week next week, we have to have you feeling great by VSN
