This card took forever for me...I worked on it (on and off) for two days!! I was so frustrated trying to find the perfect background, I ended up using patterned paper, but I really wanted to use my bg stamps.
The girl is colored with Prismacolors and Gamsol. I followed a few tips from PrincessInk, but I'm still not as great as her!
The scalloped frame is cut with decorative scissors, and 'dream' is stamped with my new Snap-Stamps!! In fact, I was working on this card when my LSS called to say they were in (I had them on hold).
The center of the Prima is a rhinestone, held on with a mini glue dot.
