I had plastic bookmarks that were shaped like that when I was a kid and after seeing one at my parents' place this summer, I had the flash to try it with the Word Window punch. Very easy to make, and different from the usual rectangular ones.
The rose has been handcut from the Bella Rose paper, and the rickrack was created with the Scalloped Border punch.
