I was inspired by the colors and curves, but I wanted my flower to really pop, so I used pomegranate to make it stand out. All 3 layers of the flower are the same image, but the petals on the upper layers were trimmed shorter to give more dimension. After cutting them out, I inked them in versamark and embossed with clear ep. The background, leaves and stem are cut freehand. I forgot the emboss the stem before I glued it down, so I painted it with crystal effects. Both the blossom and leaves are partially popped up with poster tape. The button is from my button jar.
I used curvy verses to go along with flowing curves.
