I come from a long line of nerds...people who would rather read than play ball...study rather than cheerlead...be in band and chorus rather than sports...you get the idea! It's hereditary!!
I used School Riley for this distressed card challenge. The edges are scuffed up and have been inked with distress ink. Riley is colored with the glaze gel pens and some Prisma's. The background is CB'd with Distressed lines and the card is finished off with ribbon and brads.

That ribbon rocks and I love nerd, Riley. Great coloing on the image. My family except for my brother was a lot like yours. I'll take a good book over just about anything.

Oh this Riley is great!!!! I love the distressed ink!! Very cool!! And what a great way to get more distressed looks by using that cb folder!!! I hear ya about the nerds.........hubby and I are and so are our kids..........Nerds Unite!!! Thanks so much for playing in my challenge!!!
