Some people have asked for details, and these pictures were too big for the thread, so I'll post them in my gallery. I have 2 binders with all my stamp images. One of them has all the sets on separate pages and filed alphabetically - simple enough.
This binder is a little more complicated. I have about 40 different categories all listed alphabetically on these index pages in the front of the binder. But I did not want to have 40 different tabs! I have about 5 categories under each tab, and the red number beside the category refers to the numbered tab that category is under. For instance, all my baby stamp images are together, and I can see that they're under tab 1, so I flip to tab 1 and choose the baby stamp I want to use. The stamp set name and case size is right under the image so I can locate it very quickly. See the second picture...
