Negative thoughts really were the tipoff for me. When I was a kid, I hated beans...any kind of beans. My Mom would count them out and say.."Anne, just eat five beans." What an ordeal. I remember sitting and looking at those beans until they had ice forming (no beans, no dessert). I eventually gagged them down, and now I LOVE every bean variety....but never as much as I love dessert! That part hasn't changed.
Thanks for looking.

Too cute Anne, and having just had my grandkids here... I DO understand how kids just hate certain "healthy" food choices! I'm still waiting for my 33yo to like onions! LOL! Anyway, love your take on this challenge! Very clever take!

Anne, I love this beautiful creation of your. I love the stenciled look of this and the colors are fabulous. You's story is just too funny, my Mom would do the same with liver. Try as she might to disguise it I always knew what it was. Still hate liver today.

Cute card AND cute story! I hated picking those durn things in my parent's garden. Now I buy Allen's canned beans and cook them w/some beef boullion flavoring - yum!
