I changed up the paper and put a yellow layer to the rind (my watermelon is not as ripe as MariLynn's). I used faux brads for the seeds.
A while back I was complaining that I only had a little of the BG paper and could no longer find it in a store around me. Someone suggested I make a color copy. Our new printer will do color copies, so I tried it. The copy is not quite a bright as the original paper, but it turned out pretty good. Thanks to whoever suggested it.
Thanks for looking, and thanks, MariLynn for the great card idea.

I love it. My daughter is sitting at the computer with me. She had told me earlier that my card needed better paper behind the watermellon. When she saw you card she said SEE THAT IS WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. We both love your checked background. It makes me think of a picnic table. Love your brad seeds.

I like the title of your card, it is nice to give credit! I like that tablecloth background. My mouth watered with I saw your watermelon in the thumbnail. It looks even better up close!
