One of the things I like to do when I am browsing in scrapbooking stores or catalogs is to find things I can make cheaper with rubber stamps. The embellished tags that are so hot right now are a case in point. And the little poem stone on it was made with rubber stamps too! Simply sponge and stamp a square of cardstock or an alpha accent, then emboss with Glassy Glaze, building up two or three layers for a dimensional look.

Yes! This was a project for a workshop I did that was supposed to be scrapbooking, but since I had some non-scrapbookers there, I offered them the option of doing a page to take home or a card. They all chose to do the card with the tag, rather than the page, LOL! Saved me a lot of cardstock though. I like to show how you can use scrapbooking elements on cards and vice versa.
