Even though it took forever to cut out everything to make this card I very much enjoyed it.
I've used my Kadoodle Amelia stamp before, she seems to be my favourite at the moment and as I'm making samples for the stamp company I have to find different ways to use the stamps. I've opted for this collage effect today. I did a basic drawing of a tree and hand cut with scissors and a craft knife for the fiddly parts then sponged with distress inks. Amelia is coloured with prismacolor pencils/oms and cut out in the same way. I stamped the Starving Artistamps leaves and flowers for the meadow and on and around the tree and coloured with gelly roll pens. Did the same for the popped up leaves and bees. Everthing was mounted, some on 3d tape around the background bazzil card. I doodled grass and flowers at the bottom and added stickles for some sparkle. TFL as always.

Hi Chris: So glad to see you up and running today; although I must admit I didnt expect to see any uploads until Thursday: What a pleasant surprise for me. You know I love that line, Kadoodles, dont you? I love your freehand tree and all the other elements you've so wonderfully pulled together. Now, I think I'm finally beginning to understand: you were an artist before a card creator! You had to have been, since you drawing is so artistic and professional. Oh, to have such skills. You and Mutnik over here never cease to amaze me. Hope all is going well with the line. Any rightups yet? if yes, please send them via email. I would delight in reading anything about this soon to be in high demand and constantly out of stock stamp line!

Oh my goodness! Chris this is wonderful! You have done such a great job drawing that tree and your grass doodles and flowers!! Wow! What pen did you use for that? Amelia looks like she is having a blast swinging from this wonderful tree! Your bumble bees are very cute, love all the leaves and the wonderful colors you used! Love it! You did the best job ever!!!!! TFS :0)
