Wow! What a challenge! It's a 3 in 1 challenge using TLC20, CC30, and SC40.
TLC20 was the Baby Wipe Technique; using reinkers and baby wipes. I don't have any baby wipes, but I do have something very similar called Freshen Ups. They're just like baby wipes except they are bigger and meant for adults - great to have on long trps. Anyway, I put some drops of each color on the folded wipe and used it as a stamp pad. I stamped on Glossy White CS and did the 2nd step of the 2-step stamping with Burgandy.
CC30 was to use Bravo Burgandy and Creamy Caramel. I thought it looked like masculine colors, but I wanted it to be a feminine card, so I used flowers, added ribbon, made fancy corners, and used a fancy embossing border punch.
SC40 was a sketch that had three circles and a strip on the right hand side of the card. I tweeked it by adding the main image panel.
