My friend DeAngela just had a baby girl and I needed a card to send her gift card in. Enter the flap card! This was the perfect size!
I rubbed a bit of color onto the patterned paper since it wasn't the exact shade of pink I needed. The flap was done w/the grid technique and then I rubbed pink ink all over. Once dry, I rubbed Brillance Moonlight White over the flap and then embossed w/clear EP. I used an XL scallop punch to cut out the white scallop which I then brushed a bit of pink on the edges. A L scallop punch was used for the vellum pink and then I adherred the baby rub-on. I used dimentionals to adhere the scallop to the flap. I didn't have any magnets so instead I used velcro.

Wow, how wonderful is this? I love your flap with all that glitter and grid lines. What a fantastic idea to rub on pink ink to better match your dp! I love this card. It has such dimension and depth. It's really a gorgeous card. she'll love it for sure.
