Caville, thanks so much for bringing this technique into the spotlight this week. Reverse Spotlighting is harder than I thought. I really struggled through this technique, and finally just did what I call *faux reverse spotlighting*.
My card is 4.25 x 4.25 so it fits a regular-sized envelope. It's square, but image is not retired. and the faux part is that I used pastels to add another color to the yellow layer.

What makes it faux? On the yellow layer, I added pastels for another color rather than cutting word out in yellow and placing another color behind the yellow. It would have been too hard!
