I am still recovering from a weekend stamp retreat and playing catch up so this is for Sunday's FEATURED STAMPER - Stephanie combined with today's COLOR CHALLENGE - Almost Wild Saffron. Love these colors together and fantastic gallery to browse through and CASE. I chose her I WAS MISSING MY MOJO card to CASE. I changed the stamp set, colors, left off the paper piercing and replaced it with doodling, added ribbon to cover the seam, left off the brad and stamped my sentiment on my scalloped border layer. I used a sheet of saffron pattern prints for my background layered on amethyst base. My focal image is stamped in wasabi with Pretty Petals background stamp. I stamped the hummingbird once then colored it with markers and blender pens from the ink pad. I stamped the butterfly twice from pretty amazing in amethyst then colored with markers. I applied glitter glue to the belly of the bird and the outline of the butterfly then to the flowers on the background image. Images are cut out and popped up on focal image layer except for one butterly is adhered to focal image then layered with the popped up butterfly. My Focal image is popped up and the hummingbird and butterfly is also popped up. I feel like I have grown in my stamping adventures after this weekend (thanks to Faith) and am showing evidence of it as I also stamped on the inside of this card as well. See my blog for the inside pic.
