I've been wanting to make some coasters...and have done a lot of looking online for ideas and found some good ones. I've bought these from Lowe's and have been practicing. I'm not really happy with any designs I've come up with - so my family will have LOTS of coasters all around the house to use (so there is no excuse for water rings on tables!!!) until I find a design I'm happy with that I'll make for gifts.
I use all Staz On inks (so I'm getting quite the collection of colors now!) and I don't have to bake the coasters or anything - just stamp - and then let dry overnight. Easier than baking, etc.
On this coaster...after stamping the background image in Black Staz On (let it dry), I used the front of one of the Fresh Cut die cut notecards and stippled with Blue Staz On do leave the flower image on the coaster.

This is fantastic----nice to know I don't have to bake them---I'll pull my Stazon assortment right now and get to playing!
Thanks so much for sharing, Nola
