Thanks Jeanne for a fun challenge today! I love summer, so here is my fun thing......
All images were versa marked and clear ep'd. Sorry, but I didn't use sunscreen on the cow. So, if you look too close you might see a little sunburn going on! LOL
Made the bkgrd scene sponging the waves and clouds. Put the cow image in the water.
Stamped the tree on the front panel, cut out an oval, leaving the tree to extend into it. Added the square dot border using my new homemade little square stamp.
Stamped, colored with re-inkers sun, chair, umbrella. Cut out and put on the front panel. Sun was popped up as was the sentiment.
Stamped, but didn't ep the itty bitty background on the bottom. Sponged distress ink over it. Then sponged meadow green for the next layer, finished with bashful blue. Put this on front of the background then on a card.
It was a fun card to make! Wish I had what the cow was drinking! LOL TFL :0)

THIS IS TOTALLY ADORABLE! And what FUN it looks like that cow is having! He's a little pink though, so hope he gets out of the sun soon! I just love the entire card and how you made it a scene!

Hi Cathy, this is a fun card and a wow card! Love that cow and I'd like that drink too! Your colouring, sponging and design are superb as always! I love the oval and your homemade stamp (you'll have to let me know how to do this lol!) creates a wonderful effect, that's a great idea. Hope it wasn't still as hot where you are today. Talk soon.
