ETA I will be making a proper TPT card to celebrate 100 tea-parties, but this is the card I posted to Elaine this morning. I've held on to it too long, it's time to let it go .
This is a re-make of a card I made a couple of years ago. I always liked it, although I've made several changes this time round, and used a different technique on the tag.
The sand paper is DCWV photo paper, and the wavy paper is ProvoCraft Illuminations.
I stamped the Hero Arts Image onto white card, coloured it with watercolour pencils and cut into a tag shape, which I then layered onto some of the sand paper. I used wavy scissors to cut the sand strip down the side.
The letters are die-cut letters, which I coated with Glossy Accents and sprinkled with clear micro-beads for some interesting texture. I also used Woodware Fluffy Stuff to add texture to the clouds. I used the sand from Shore Thing and a bit of chalk to add interest to the sand. The fibres are all Basic Grey, and I added a starfish charm.

What a fun card! LOVE the sand paper... great look! Tags have almost gone out of style but they shouldn't, this looks wonderful. The starfish is a crowning touch!
