This is a combined effort for MotherMark's teapot challenge from yesterday and her guest spot on the sketch challenge today.
Both stamps are Hero Arts. I stamped the flower twice with white ink onto cream card and embossed it with white EP before cutting it out. I punched a circle from double-sided adhesive and used that to fill the centre with microdots. The ladybird panel was stamped onto white card and coloured with Twinkling H2Os and a little bit of silver Stickles on the flight trail and the ends of the antennae. The blue patterned card was sent by a friend, so I don't know what it is. The green embossed paper is by Clairefontaine - I mounted it onto a cream linen card and put Liquid Pearl dots all round the edges. Added some cream organza ribbon to finish it off, telling myself not to fill in all the gaps with buttons or butterflies or anything.

I had a sneakin' suspicion that this was a teapot card! Its so cool....great that you combined the two! You did a good job holding yourself back from embellishing...I do the same thing...just keep going, and going, and going! Hee! This is great...thanks for doing BOTH challenges.
