This card is for today's inpiration challenge. Wow what an awesome challenge. We were to be inspired by some Mackintosh Enamel pieces. They are fabulous. The first thing I thought of was using my apple stamp for the "Mackintosh" wasn't sure that qualified so here is what I came up with..
I chose the darker fall colors. Love those. Not that I am ready for fall yet but sometimes it's nice to venture out... I used the Joseph's Coat technique demostrated right here in the Techniques section. Then of course I had to add my monarche butterfly as I did not have a dragonfly.. This is very hard to photograph. Sorry about that...
Hope you all have a fantastic day. Loved this challenge Stephanie. Thanks so much for hosting. You always pick such great ones.
Have a fabulous weekend everyone..and thanks for looking,
Dawn

Dawn, this is so very beautiful!! Truly inspired! I have never done the Joseph's Coat tech.....maybe I'd better look at it! Love the colors you chose, and the butterfly is a great little touch! Wonderful and lovely! You go, girl!!!

Oh Dawn what a gorgeous technique and so fitting for this challenge and those leaves! Love what you've created here; it's rich and regal in all that glorious splender! I see you've even managed to find a few leaves in your yard! Great card, my friend.
